Hookah, Pets and Arms are strictly prohibited within hotel premises. Outside food is not permitted.
Swimming costume is mandatory for using pool facilities.
Children above 8 years are chargeable unless otherwise specified.
Valid Government Photo ID is mandatory at check-in for all guests above 5 years of age. Foreign nationals must present Passport and valid Visa.
Maximum occupancy is generally restricted to 3 adults in a room/cottage. King and Twin beds are subject to availability.
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking rooms.
Photography and commercial shoots within the resort are chargeable.
The management reserves the right of admission and may request guests to vacate rooms under exceptional circumstances. The hotel shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, theft, loss or damage of personal belongings.
Guests will be responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property by themselves or accompanying persons.
Safe deposit lockers are available at the Front Office. Guests are advised to secure valuables appropriately. The hotel will not be responsible for loss of valuables not entrusted to the management.
